Who is eligible for a Pets for Vets companion animal?
Veterans who have a condition that could benefit from a trained companion animal, who are able to care for a pet and are in one of our service areas, are eligible to receive a Pets for Vets companion animal. While we are expanding our chapters across the country, some states may not be fully served yet. If that is true of your state, we will place you on a waiting list.
